We are still open for business online, but cannot speak to your mail delivery service in terms of meeting delivery time frames or if they will opt into any reduced delivery options. We are working closely with our warehouse to ensure all safety precautions are being followed this includes increased cleaning of work areas along with changed fulfillment center shift patterns and break times to reduce cross-contamination risks. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, please rest assure we will make sure your package gets to you one way or another.   • All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.
  • Transit times vary between 2-21 business days depending on delivery address.
  • Delivery time does not include Weekends, Holidays or Customs Stoppage.
  • Currently Frenchie Bulldog uses Royal Mail for all International shipments. Heavier shipments are shipped via DHL or Fedex.
  • Customs/Tariff fees are NOT included in the shipping price. These fees are your responsibility. The shipping carrier will request collection once the package enters your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding custom, tariff, and duty fees.
  • Please contact your customs ASAP if you have not received your package within the specified transit time. Customs may hold packages and will only release them when they are contacted by the person the package is addressed to. When you contact your customs please make sure to have your tracking number available to give to them (your tracking info is emailed to you when your package ships).
